SSPX Back With Rome?

So it's been buzzing around the blogs lately, and some of them are pretty reputable. There is a meeting in France right now in which they are apparently discussing joining back with the Catholic Communion. This is quite exciting. Further, it seems BXVI is "gathering his forces" and considering in lifting the excommunication. We will see what will happen, but if it does happen it will be great news for both sides I think. I know it's no Orthodox Church coming into communion with us, however, the more the marrier I say.

If you're interested in keeping up with the news on this, I highly recommend:

He'll be added to my "Blogs" on my sidebar when I get time to update it.

Rocco of Whispers is valuable insofar as the news he passes on, but he has, to be frank, an irritating uncharitable streak. I think you'll find Catholic Outsider to cover the same ground and in a better fashion.

ps, I don't know why but my mac firefox browser puts most of your sidebar at the bottom of the page. Does anyone else have the same problem?

Thanks for the heads up on that, I'll check that one out for sure. I'll also, when I get some free time (ie Reading Break at the end of February) I'll download Firefox and see what I can do to fix that.
